dwi and occupational drivers license. i think my lawyer is trying to overcharge me.?
i got a dwi and im going to do 4 weekends in jail. i need to get my occupational drivers license so i can go to and from work,daycare,grocery store and etc. do i need my lawyer to handle this or can i do this one on my own?im a single parent and money is very tight. he’s charging me 0 to get the occupational license. is this worth it? thanks!

The question you really need to ask yourself is, WHY did you drink and drive? Was THAT worth it??
Driving under the influence is a cardinal sin of the road. I’m not sure you should be entitled to an occupational license.
