I received letter from Owens Cornings, they are out of bankryuptcy , where is my asbestos claim money?

I received a letter from Ownes Corning informing me that they came out of bankruptcy on October 31, 2006 and I should be getting my money thru my attorneys but I have heard nothing from my attorney. Unable to get information when I call law firm.

    Assuming you’re not one of the millions of scam artists looking for a quick buck and making lawyers richer in the process and assuming you were definitely somehow "injured" by Owens Corning, be patient … your settlement money is coming.
